Florida Public Records and Sunshine Law Seminar

John A. Crawford, Nassau County Clerk of the Circuit Court, will host a Florida Public Records and Sunshine Law Seminar on Wednesday, March 28, 2012, at the Nassau County Judicial Annex in Yulee, Florida.

 

Barbara A. Petersen, President of the First Amendment Foundation, will share her knowledge and experience regarding Florida Public Records and Sunshine Law.  The First Amendment Foundation publishes the Government-in-the-Sunshine Manual.

 

A morning and an afternoon session covering the same material will be offered.    Elected officials, the media, and the public are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Attorneys – Please note that this course has been approved for the following credits:

2.5 hours             General CLER Credits, and
1 hour                  State/Federal Government Administration Practice Certification
